The Wyrm2 World of Destruction page has a new beta 2 version of Wyrm 3 for Quake III Arena. In an apparent fit of Duke Nukem-inspiration, the new release replaces the BFG with the Shrink Ray. Shrink your opponents to 1/10 their normal size, then crush them with your boot (be sure to laugh maniacally).
