Namco Bandai Partners Announced has word that Namco Bandai's takeover of Atari's PAL-fulfillment arm is complete. This distributor, which operates in 50 countries out of 17 offices, will henceforth be known as Namco Bandai Partners. With the announcement, Atari is now officially a US-only company.
