Kalypso Media announces applications to participate in closed beta testing of Tropico 3 are being accepted on the Haemimont Games Website, and they say those accepted will be notified by mail in advance of the launch of testing on July 13. Word is: "The beta testers will be the first El Presidentes of the modern Tropico Island, with new features such as secret police, a lucrative oil industry, additional edicts and much more."
