Big Download notes that today's announcement of Serious Sam for XBLA reveals the involvement of Devolver Digital, which turns out to be a new company from Mike Wilson and Harry Miller, who previously cofounded publishers Gathering of Developers and GameCock. Their role in the new SS game is a little nebulous, as they are not yet an official MSFT publisher, but going forward they describe plans for a "production and publishing company based in Austin, Texas, specializing in delivering top quality entertainment to gamers worldwide at affordable prices by any and all means available."
