Monte Cristo has launched closed beta testing of CITIES XL, the upcoming urban planning game. They say that those who have successfully applied for the beta can join in right now, but for those who haven't, all is not lost, as the Cities XL Website (currently in sparse mode to deal with traffic) lists a number of partner websites where keys are still being distributed in French and German, saying English sites will be announced later today.
