Epic's Unreal Tournament bugs page has been updated with this brief bit of advice for Diamond Viper II users:

*New-and-improved Savage2000 / Viper II Metal .dlls which are fully compatible with UT 405b (install the UT 405b patch first) are now available from Diamond's ftp site here.
