Word is the suit was filed in the Texas Western District Court yesterday, with plaintiff Garriott filing suit against NCsoft in the category "Torts – Property – Other Fraud," though further details are scant at this time. The developer sometimes known as Lord British parted was with NCsoft in November, but it is not clear at this point if the dispute being litigated was part of the cause or effect in his departure.
