Well Rounded Entertainment has posted word that during a conference call yesterday with investors, Activision announced preliminary details about a new Star Trek massively multiplayer online RPG that they're developing with Verant Interactive (the makers of EverQuest). It won't go live for another two years, but they're claiming that once it does, they'll have between 400,000 and 500,000 users paying $9.95 a month to play the game (do the math).
