There's a bit of an uproar on the GTAForums.com over a new Games For Windows LIVE update that is causing or worsening stuttering problems in Grand Theft Auto IV. There is no explanation for the problems yet, but there is a poll running on that thread, with more than three-quarters of all respondents so far selecting "The game was running fine before the update and is now stuttering" as their choice, with the second most popular choice being "I suffered stuttering before the update and now it is worse."
