The CD keys were not available quite at the promised witching hour of 9:00 pm CET, but they are now available to registered users via this page for those who have downloaded their game clients, though it looks like the site's responsiveness has suffered under the demand (and a Flash interface seemed like such a good idea at the time). You can get to playing as soon as you've validated your client with a key.
