Three posts on superannuation reveal new game-related trademarks, pointing out that Codemasters has registered BodyCount with the USPTO, once for Electronic game software and the like, and again for "Online entertainment, namely, games, music, news and information relating to games," etc. They also point out Konami has registered JUKABEAT as a game software trademark and that Apogee has filed a trademark request for Balls of Steel, even though they released their first pinball game using that title in 1997.
