Happy birthday to our younger niece, who turns four years old today. We headed north to visit the Ego clan to celebrate the occasion, and a fine old time was had by all. WalterEgo and I even worked a bit on our future as the Partridge Family, as my brother and I teamed up with his older daughter and the younger Smurf to play a little cross-generational Rock Band. You really can't appreciate the mature lyrics of a song like Chop Suey until you've heard it sung by an 8 year-old.
