A new RC5 of P.U.R.E. is now available, updating this large-scale freeware real-time strategy game. For some reason this game is not listed on the website of developer WolfeGames, but there is an outline of the new version on Mod DB, describing new units, improved performance, new real-time lighting, a new economy, and more. The game can be downloaded from AtomicGamer and Gamer's Hell.
