After some BioShock 2 Rumors were posted & debunked earlier, the GameSpot Forums and NeoGAF have what appear to be actual details from the new issue of GameInformer (thanks Shacknews). Each post has summaries of the preview, including word that you play as a Big Daddy this time around, and that the Big Sister, one of the little sisters all grown up, is the new ruler of Rapture.
