GameDaily reports that World of Goo publisher Brighter Minds Media has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Chapter 11 could be considered the "good" kind of bankruptcy (apologies to Larry David), in that it involves reorganization of debt, as opposed to Chapter 7 bankruptcy, which involves liquidation, so there's hope that the company can ultimately return to good financial health.
