GameTap Partners with Metaboli to Form Global Service has news that Turner Broadcasting is partnering with online game distributor Metaboli to expand the GameTap service into Europe. This summer Turner announced they were seeking a buyer for GameTap (story), but this deal involves them managing GameTap during a transitional period, and then assuming the role of equity investor as Metaboli takes over the combined global online gaming service, which will continue to operate under the GameTap brand in the U.S. and the Metaboli brand in Europe.
