Silicon Alley Insider has the latest on the discussions between Electronic Arts and Take-Two, which recently took a turn for the less hostile (story). Word is EA has filed a confidentiality agreement with Take-Two, so presumably the next thing we'll hear about a potential merger between the two companies will be after it does or does not happen.
