Meridian 4 announces that those who preorder Tank Universal on Steam will receive a copy of Shadowgrounds for free. A similar offer was made for preorders of Shadowgrounds Survivor (story). Here's word on plans to release this Tron-like shooter: "Tank Universal will be available on August 21st for $9.99 on most digital online channels including Steam, D2D, Impulse, GamersGate and many more."
