I'm experimenting a bit today. There was a tweak to the posting format today that proved unpopular, so it was reverted. Also, as you may see from the lack of links below and a couple of missing roundups above, this set of stories is a bit different from the normal later posting here. The plan is to recreate the unusually early first post today with a similar early Out of the Blue just after midnight tonight/tomorrow morning. I have some clear ideas of the benefits of this, but also some concerns about logistics, hence the experiment. This may turn out to be wildly successful, or it may be abandoned as quickly as the format tweak, we shall have to see.
