Reuters reports that the acquisition of a 5.3% stake in Take-Two Interactive by hedge fund SAC Capital. Take-Two has been the target of an aggressive takeover attempt by Electronic Arts, but it not clear is this new development is related to that, nor whether it will have any influence over the outcome of the takeover bid.
