GameSpot UK has posted a preview of the PC port of Final Fantasy VIII. The text has a pretty good introduction to the game for those who missed out on the Playstation version, and they've posted a great deal of new images, including some conceptual artwork, and plenty of shots of the game's guardian forces and CGI sequences (which really have to be seen to be believed).
