I stopped taking the antihistamines over the weekend (thankfully, as event the mild ones have their side effects) and seem to be doing okay, event though pollen counts remain high around here. I'm still not clear on whether this was a bout with allergies or illness; the former seems more likely, except for the fact that it has gone away. I guess as long as it stays away I won't sweat it too much.
