The ICQ Alpha Site has build 3060 version 4.18 of ICQ 2000a that seems to be o-tay to download for those willing to risk Alpha software. Please try again at a later time," so if it's gone when you check, perhaps it will come back again--of course if you did get it, or manage to grab it from a mirror, remember it may have been pulled for a good reason).
