hits back at poor review scores on VideoGamer.com is an article based on a
conversation with Spark Unlimited CEO Craig Allen, who reacts to lukewarm review
scores for Turning Point: Fall of Liberty, the upcoming alternate-history
shooter. The scattershot list of explanations for this include the game being a
"high concept idea," that it isn't targeted at the "core gamer," and that
developing the game while Epic was developing the Unreal engine made just
getting the game on shelves their "biggest hurdle." While he doesn't ever say
Turning Point was not polished enough, he does say additional polish is one of
the things that will be different about Legendary, their next project.
