Left 4 Dead News has news from the March 2008 cover story of OXM revealing that an Xbox 360 version of Left 4 Dead is in the works, but there will not be a PS3 edition of the multiplayer zombie combat game (thanks Geheme 45). Though the PC edition is currently in a more advanced stage of development, the plan is to release the Xbox 360 and PC editions simultaneously, but there is no word on whether there will be support for cross-platform multiplayer games. Word is the Xbox 360 edition is being created by Certain Affinity, an Austin, TX-based developer with a certain affinity for Xbox multiplayer support as it is headed up by Bungie vet Max Hoberman.
