A pair of coincidental announcements unveil plans by CCP and Oxygen Interactive to open new offices in North America. GameSpot has word that EVE Online developer CCP is opening a new studio in Georgia near their friends at White Wolf, presumably to ease development of their upcoming World of Darkness MMORPG. Meanwhile, this press release announces the foundation of Oxygen Games USA, a North American arm of UK-based Oxygen Interactive Software. Word is: "Based in Northern California, the Oxygen Games USA team will lead sales and manage first party and developer relations for all Oxygen Interactive Software operations in North America."
