GameSpot reports November 20 as the release date for Kane & Lynch: Dead Men, IO Interactive's upcoming action game for PC, Xbox 360, and PS3. They point out this will be a busy day for game stores, as that is also the exact release date for Mass Effect for the 360 and Uncharted: Drake's Fortune for the PS3 as well as the general target window for several other high-profile titles.
