Timothee Besset's .plan file announces that they are at E3 showing off Enemy

We are releasing updates to all three games to fix some security issues
discovered following our release of the Quake III Arena source code under GPL.

The zips hold binaries for all the operating systems we support. You need to
upgrade to the latest through the usual installers first, and replace the engine
binaries with the newer ones.
The issues fixed are CVE-2006-2082 ( information leak ), and a buffer overflow
exploitable by malicious servers ( CVE-2006-2236 ). More details are in the
README.txt in each zip.
