If this seems familiar, it's because it is, as this has been reported before (story), though perhaps this is the settlement of a different case. In any event, the story is remarkably similar to the older one, including the stipulation that this must be approved by the courts before being official, though the newer settlement is for $0.7 million less, and the overflow charity is now the Ronald McDonald House.
