The Adrenaline Vault News is reporting that Eidos has extended its publishing deal with Squaresoft to include Final Fantasy VIII on the PC throughout Europe and Australia, so expect one of loonyboi's (and many other folks') favorite console offerings to come to the PC down the road. There's a copy of the press release on this, along with about 30 FF8 screenshots on BigKid games news & reviews, though I imagine the shots are from the PlayStation version.
