An update to the Surreal TECH Page adds some possible help for those having problems playing Drakan: Order of the Flame because the game keeps asking for the CD even though it's already in the drive. Saw that on Drakan.Net. The bigger news is that the release of the editor so folks can cook up their own levels for the dragon-riding action game is "close." Here's the skinny:

The Drakan Editor is Close

Just finishing up the setup program and README for the Drakan Level Editor before I take off to Tuscany on Vacation! Woohoo! The Level Editor will be available for download on this site, and also mirrored on various Drakan Fan Sites. I am expecting to see some very cool stuff produced from the editor, especially in the way of multiplayer levels (I see a lot of potential variations here, including some bigger arenas). Stay tuned...
