Epic's Tim Sweeney made an update to the Unreal Technology Page, with some thoughts on the new Windows 2000 RC2 - and he likes it. According to Tim, the localization features of Windows 2000 will make international versions of Unreal easier to make, since it's all done using Unicode (which Unreal uses as well).
