VideoGames.com has posted a preview with five images (the first to the best of my knowledge) from Oddworld Inhabitants' Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee. The game at one point was being developed using the Unreal engine, but they switched in favor of their own, in-house technology, and is being made for the PlayStation 2 and "PCs that don't exist yet."
