Finally, EA Completes Purchase of Shares of Ubisoft Entertainment (thanks Frans) announces that EA "has completed its previously announced purchase of 3,497,049 shares of Ubisoft Entertainment S.A. from Talpa Beheer B.V. for a purchase price of 19.69 Euros per share." Just under 69 million Euros is about $89 million in U.S. currency.
