The WoW Europe Website has posted the Account Creation pages for phase two of the European beta testing for World of Warcraft (thanks WorldofWar.net). Word is: "The number of new accounts will be limited based on server capacity and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis so we recommend players to register early."
