One more morning Tech Bit here, as the promised official release of version 1.0 of the Mozilla Firefox web browser is now available (thanks Frans). As noted in the press release, "Development of Firefox has been driven by a desire for a more robust, user-friendly and trustworthy web experience." Unfortunately, this web experience may be a little lacking in robustness at the moment, as the site is being pounded quite heavily.
