The Battlecruiser Online Website (thanks Frans) has word of a resolution to the legal conflict between the developer and DreamCatcher, publisher of Universal Combat (story and story and story). Here's the brief statement: "Effective today's date, Dreamcatcher and 3000AD have settled their differences, and the litigation is over."
