On the heels of their preview, there are a bunch of New Codename Eagle Screenshots on GA-Source showing off gameplay from Codename: Eagle, an upcoming 3D-action adventure game from Take 2. They describe the game as looking to "blend the adventuring of the Tomb Raider series with action/strategy of N64's GoldenEye."
