New Kingpin Beta

Another one of those Kingpin beta patches (version 1.17c) has been released and is available for download at the Kingpin beta site (thanks Da' NoMaD). Here's a list of changes in this version:

Improved new file transfer system (isn't hampered by lag, and pretty much maxes out the given connection speed)

Fixed "Illegible Server Message" after failing a download

Fixed deposits field
