I guess the Oscars®©™ are tonight, but for someone like me who only sees movies when they show up on cable, it's hard to get caught up in the competition. Maybe I should tape these shows annually... if I did that, I could watch last year's show this year, which I would be more set to appreciate, now that I've seen some of the nominated movies.

We have a pop-up situation here with a rogue ad showing up every one in a while... this probably will go unaddressed until tomorrow due to the weekend. Sorry about that. Update: The problem got so bad that I pulled what I believe is the offending ad code.
