Version 1.12 of the Xtreme Arena modification for Quake III Arena is now available. Here's their own lowdown on the project: "A couple of the stand out features include complete lag compensation, weapon disabling, alternate fire modes, and the ability for server admins to rotate maps in tourney mode.
