Also, Turbo Squid announces the availability of their Absolute Character Tools: Modeling Tool Set (ACT-MTS) for 3ds max users. This utility "permits you to model characters faster and create much richer detailed characters while producing high quality character meshes. You can also create proxy and sub skin characters and muscle sets for your characters, all with embedded UV mapping as well."
