Following the release of the version 1.29 dedicated server, the Neverwinter Nights Patches Page now offers downloads of the version 1.29 patch for the clients version of BioWare's RPG. There is also word that the update can be obtained automatically through the in-game updater, as well as word on how to manually revert to the previous version.
