As promised when the game went gold (story), The Adventure
Company sends word that Micröids' Post Mortem has shipped to stores in the
United States. Saying: "Players can look forward to beautifully dark, moody
and paranormal pre-rendered environments throughout the game," here is most
of the remainder of the brief press release about the game: "Set in 1920s
Paris, the game challenges gamers to solve a chilling mystery. As Gus
MacPherson, a former New York detective, gamers investigate a mysterious death.
Featuring full 360-degree panoramic views in each scene, every location must be
scanned for clues to solve the gruesome murder. Players interrogate a large cast
of characters using a unique conversation engine. The game’s depth is further
enhanced with a seemingly endless combination of outcomes for every situation. 'Post-Mortem
is sure to become an instant adventure classic,' said Richard Wah Kan, CEO of
DreamCatcher. 'With a consuming story-line and a number of twists and turns,
it’s the most innovative concept the genre has seen in a while.'"
