Applications are once again being accepted for the beta test for PlanetSide, Sony Online Entertainment's upcoming MMOFPS (thanks PlanetSide Universe). Word is: "Those of you who have already submitted beta applications will not need to re-apply. If you have completed the registration process, your (application) is already on-file and ready for consideration.." This is echoed in the latest PlanetSide Producer's Letter (thanks Loadedinc). On a related, though opposite, track, Blizzard Entertainment has announced they are closing applications for beta testing for Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne.
