A New Venom Screenshots and Demo Update on GA-Source has word on the planned release later this week of the Venom: hardware test, the first demo of GSC Game World's Vital Engine ZL. The update clarifies that as the hardware test name suggests, this release is not actually a game demo, but is intended for testing compatibility with your hardware. The update goes on to say: "The next demo will include two levels and a full set of special effects. It will be released in late August." The update also includes four new screenshots of Venom.
