New UT2003 TeamFreeze

The Team Freeze 2003 website now offers a new beta 0.16 of the TeamFreeze 2003 modification that brings the gamepay of FreezeTag to UT2003. The new release features the implementation of the original Freeze Tag scoring system, a fixed GameObjective problem with SquadAI where bots would sit idle, new freezing code for bots and players, and more.
