The Empire Interactive Website now offers a playable demo of Total Immersion Racing, "a driving game that combines the highest quality driving technology, real-world racecars & tracks and immersive gameplay." The download is 150 MB, but a considerably smaller version is available from 3D Gamers, where they've pared out the two (!) DirectX distributions contained within the original. DirectX 8.1b is required to play. The smaller distribution has been mirrored by Gamer's Hell and Worthplaying.
