Core News has a report up quoting an unnamed "reader at Bungie" saying the mention we made here yesterday that Halo will be D3D-only in Windows (story) is incorrect. loony says he was specifically told this was the case by Bungie (though I admit it is illogical, since AFAIK the game runs in OpenGL on the Mac). Thanks Jago. Certainly this will be cleared up in time, and we'll doubtless post further follow-ups on this.
