A bit of correspondence with GRIN CEO Bo Andersson reveals that they are gearing up to release a playable demo of BANDITS: Phoenix Rising, their upcoming action game that features vehicular combat in the style of the Mad Max movies. The demo will offer all the content they showed off at this year's ECTS, and at this point the plan is to release it on Friday September 6. Also, BREED Named PC Game of the Show at ECTS 2002 is a press release highlighting the honor bestowed upon BREED, Brat Designs' upcoming science fiction shooter, at ECTS. Included in the release is word that CDV plans on releasing a demo version of BREED in the beginning of October, and "It will contain the first single player mission and a tutorial." Finally, it turns out the Iron Storm demo posted the other day (story) was not ready for prime time, and has been pulled, but Frans has received word from DreamCatcher to expect the release of the demo for this alternate history shooter on Friday, September 13.
